Staff Security Architect

Lambda Security is seeking a Staff Security Architect to lead data protection and platform security architecture for AI infrastructure. The role involves designing end-to-end data protection strategy, encryption, key management, DLP, confidential computing, tenant isolation, and leveraging AI for security automation. Reporting to CISO, you'll shape security architecture across multi-tenant GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes, and cloud. Requires 10+ years experience with 5+ in security architecture.

10+ years engineering experience with 5+ in security architecture at cloud/infrastructure scale. Deep expertise in data security: encryption key management, cryptographic protocols, DLP, confidential computing. Proven track record in multi-tenant platform security across bare-metal, hypervisors, KVM, Kubernetes, public cloud. Strong prototyping skills in Python/Go. Experience with threat modeling (STRIDE, PASTA). Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to balance security with a
