Staff Software Engineer, AI Security

Build a scalable and secure AI platform for security teams to develop and operate AI-powered agents and security solutions. Focus on identity, authentication, authorization, encryption, and platform safety. Partner with security and engineering teams to create systems that make AI development easier while ensuring security is built in from the start. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building platforms and solving complex technical problems.

8+ years software development experience, 6+ years building large-scale distributed systems with security concepts (authentication, authorization, identity, encryption). Experience building AI platforms or infrastructure. Proficiency in Go or Python. Experience with cloud-native technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, gRPC, Kafka. Strong security fundamentals. Proven experience delivering large engineering projects with long-term impact.
