Staff Enterprise Security Engineer, AI Security

Twilio is seeking a Staff Enterprise Security Engineer to lead AI security initiatives. The role involves designing secure architectures for enterprise AI platforms, establishing AI vetting frameworks, collaborating on agentic AI identity and posture management, and maintaining security posture through code and infrastructure. The engineer will mentor junior team members and advise leadership on AI security risks.

Required: 7+ years in security engineering, 2+ years leading teams, expertise in cloud security (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes, strong programming in Python, Go, or Java. Desired: experience in automation for security workflows, including AI-driven tools, and excellent communication skills to explain AI security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
