Technical Services Engineer, 1st shift (Weekend)

MongoDB Technical Services Engineers solve complex customer issues across the MongoDB ecosystem, including Atlas and Cloud Manager. They provide expert advice on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and mentor team members. This role requires US citizenship, and after a ramp period, the schedule shifts to weekends with a 20% salary uplift. Candidates need systems engineering, networking, storage, and coding skills.

Required: Systems engineering experience (Linux performance, networking, storage), ability to read code and basic scripting (Java, Python, etc.), experience with mission-critical production databases, US citizenship. Preferred: experience with large scale databases (RDBMS, NoSQL), authentication systems (LDAP, Kerberos), MongoDB, git, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes.
