Staff Software Development Engineer (Microservices)

Minimum qualifications: 5+ years software development, 2+ years building production microservices, proficiency in Go, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, AWS, Kafka, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB/DynamoDB), observability (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry), service security (OAuth2/OIDC, mTLS, secrets management). Preferred: GitOps (Argo CD/Flux), feature flags, progressive delivery, service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), chaos engineering, multi-region patterns, performance profiling, FinOps.
