Principal Software Engineer - Intelligent Data Platform

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead development of multi-tenant cloud-based data platform. This hybrid role (in office minimum 3 days per week in Santa Clara CA) involves designing scalable solutions partnering with product management optimizing engineering processes ensuring 4-9s availability and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate has 10+ years experience in cloud data platforms proficiency Java/Go/Python understanding AI/ML technologies.

10+ years software engineering experience specializing in large-scale cloud-based data platforms, distributed systems, data architecture. Proficiency in Java, Go, Python, Rest API, RDBMS, Document Stores, Kubernetes, Docker. Bachelor's in CS or related. Experience driving cross-team technical programs. Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies. Preferred: experience with AI workflows, monitoring tools like Grafana/Prometheus, test frameworks, mentoring.
