Sr. Production Engineer

We are looking for a Sr. Production Engineer to join our team. This role is available as a hybrid opportunity 3 days a week in San Jose, CA or Remote. You will provide technical vision and hands-on execution to drive an automation-first culture, implement highly available infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and bare-metal, implement observability with Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry, act as lead Incident Commander, and partner with engineering teams.

Minimum qualifications: 3-5+ years experience managing reliability for large-scale production services, deep expertise in programming (Python, Go, C/C++), strong background in networking, Linux, distributed architecture, experience in incident management and on-call rotation, proficiency in ITIL frameworks. Preferred: extensive experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC (Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Temporal), chaos engineering, global routing (BGP), traffic tunneling (GRE, IPSec), L7,
