About the role
Zscaler seeks a Production Engineer to drive automation-first culture, implement scalable infrastructure across AWS/GCP/bare-metal, enhance observability with Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry, lead incident management, and partner with engineering teams. The role requires 1-3 years experience in reliability engineering, programming in Python/Go, and strong networking background.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications: 1-3 years managing reliability for large-scale production services, deep expertise in Python/Go/C++, strong networking and Linux/RHEL, incident management and on-call rotation, ITIL frameworks. Preferred: AI tools, public cloud, IaC, chaos engineering, BGP, traffic tunneling.
