About the role
As a Senior Production Engineer on Databricks' realtime products team, you will build advanced monitoring and incident mitigation tooling, drive changes across the stack to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of products like Lakebase, Neon, and Model Serving across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will participate in on-call rotation and partner with engineering teams.
Requirements
5+ years in Production Engineering, SRE, or related field; experience with monitoring complex stateful systems, PostgreSQL, incident management, on-call rotations; strong programming in Python, Go, Java, Scala; infrastructure automation; AI for production challenges; BS in CS or related.
