Senior Software Reliability Engineer

Nuro is a physical AI company developing Level 4 autonomous driving technology. The Software Reliability Engineer role involves designing, building, and operating systems for the autonomous vehicle platform and fleet operations, focusing on automation, observability, and operational feedback. The team works across software, hardware, infrastructure, and operations to improve fleet reliability.

6+ years of experience writing and shipping production software with an ownership mindset. Ability to build and maintain tools and automation (Python, Go, Bash, C++). Strong debugging fundamentals across the stack. Interest in reliability engineering as a growth path. Bonus: background in distributed systems, production telemetry, reliability metrics, cross-team reliability work.
