Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Filevine is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to be embedded with a cross-functional team. Responsibilities include observability and alerting, automation and CI/CD, reliability and system quality, incident management, technical leadership, mentorship, operations and on-call, and AI/ML operationalization.

8+ years in software/platform engineering or DevOps, with 5+ years dedicated to Site Reliability Engineering. Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, and full-stack observability (Grafana, Datadog, NewRelic). Proficient in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and CI/CD. Proven incident leadership, mentorship, and communication skills. Hands-on experience with operational AI/ML for telemetry data analysis.
