Senior Site Reliability Engineer - US

Teleport is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their remote-first team. The role involves re-engineering the core Teleport product for global scale, rewriting portions for cloud, building monitoring and observability, automating toil, handling operations challenges (patching, scaling, backup, disaster recovery), investigating customer incidents, and participating in on-call rotation. The team builds production SaaS infrastructure from scratch, focusing on security and reliability

Requires 5+ years in Software Engineering or SRE/DevOps. Strong Linux, networking, containers, troubleshooting. Solid Go and Kubernetes development. Experience with automation, scripting, AI agents. AWS or GCP cloud experience. Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki. Ability to operate observability platform. Security-conscious, intellectually curious, transparent, no-ego, excellent communication.
