About the role

Teleport is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Site Reliability Engineer) to work directly with customers to ensure successful deployments. The role involves writing IaC (Helm, Terraform, Ansible), Go code, and solving networking, performance, and security issues. The engineer will be part of the engineering team and work remotely from US or UK, with travel to customer sites.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, willingness to travel to customer sites, IaC experience (Terraform, Ansible, Helm), Linux systems engineering, Go or Rust experience, and comfort with changing focus and working directly with customers.
