Tech Lead Software Engineer, Fleet Connectivity

As the Technical Lead for Fleet Connectivity, you will define and build the highly resilient foundation for two-way communication between Nuro's autonomous fleets and the cloud. You will take ownership of networking infrastructure, telemetry, and routing. This role involves evaluating connectivity hardware, working with cellular networks, and delivering robust networking backbone for critical capabilities like Vehicle APIs, in-depot connections, telemetry, and remote assistance. Strong proficiency in C, C++, Go, Python, or similar languages. Exceptional ability to turn ambiguous requirements into system designs. Deep expertise in debugging cellular modems, Linux network stacks, networking protocols. 8+ years experience as Tech Lead on complex software projects. BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field.
