Senior Security Engineer, Proactive Security - Platform

DoorDash is building a scalable delivery network. The Proactive Security Engineering team seeks a Senior Security Engineer to build paved paths for access management, secret storage, and identity across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. Responsibilities include designing and hardening privileged access, building self-service tooling, threat modeling, and partnering with infrastructure teams. This is a US remote role.

6+ years as Security/Infrastructure/Platform Engineer at internet scale. Bachelor's in CS or equivalent. Strong software engineering in Go/Java/Kotlin. Hands-on with access management/secret storage (Teleport/Vault a plus). Knowledge of OIDC, SAML, mTLS, workload identity. Distributed systems concepts. Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP IAM. Threat modeling and security design review. Experience running highly available services with on-call. Strong problem solving and communication.
