Requirements
12+ years software engineering with organization-wide influence; proven track record owning large-scale distributed systems; expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; expert-level Kubernetes; strong distributed systems knowledge; experience setting technical direction across teams; excellent communication; mentoring skills.
