Requirements
5-8 years software engineering experience, experience in infrastructure/systems/platform software, programming in Go, Rust, Python, or C/C++, understanding of Linux, networking, concurrency, distributed systems, backend/control-plane services, hardware management (BMCs, Redfish, IPMI, OpenBMC), monitoring/telemetry/observability systems, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, software development best practices.
