Senior Member of Technical Staff

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company for a Senior Member of Technical Staff to build core systems and solve challenging engineering problems. Responsibilities include designing, building, and operating production software systems, owning technical projects, developing scalable services, APIs, infrastructure, and internal tooling, solving performance and scalability challenges, collaborating with Product and Engineering, participating in architectural design,

5+ years of software engineering experience with strong programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Rust, Java, or similar. Strong system design and distributed systems fundamentals. Experience operating production systems. Strong ownership and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: AI/ML infrastructure, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, high-scale distributed systems, startup or scale-up experience, GPU or data-intensive systems.
