Backend Software Engineer (YC experience)

Pragmatike is hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer for a fast-growing technology company. The role involves building production backend services using TypeScript, Python, and Go, designing scalable APIs and distributed services, developing data processing workflows, and improving system performance. The engineer will participate in architecture discussions and work closely with product and engineering teams.

4+ years of backend software engineering experience. Strong experience with TypeScript, Python, or Go. Experience building production APIs and backend services. Strong understanding of databases and data modeling. Familiarity with distributed systems. Strong testing and software engineering practices. Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.
