Principal Forward Deployed Engineer

Pragmatike is recruiting for a fast-growing AI company. The Principal Forward Deployed Engineer will own complex customer deployments, work directly with customers to understand requirements, build and customize production solutions, develop integrations and APIs, troubleshoot issues, and partner with product and engineering to improve platform capabilities. This role involves technical discovery, deployment, and iteration, and developing reusable solutions.

8+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong programming in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar. Experience building and deploying production software. Strong systems, API, integration, and debugging skills. Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. High ownership and ability to drive projects independently.
