Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Veeam, you will own technical outcomes for strategic customer deployments of the Securiti AI platform. You will work directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and scale the platform across complex cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. This role involves building integrations, automating workflows, troubleshooting, and adapting the platform to fit customer needs. The role requires 3 days in office at San Jose, CA.

4–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles. Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with APIs, system integration, SQL/NoSQL data stores. Ability to translate customer goals into technical plans. Working knowledge of data security, privacy, and regulatory topics. High ownership and critical thinking.
