Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability

Asana seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability to help shape a new SRE team in Warsaw. The role involves leading reliability-focused projects across the stack, defining incident management processes, building internal platforms, and participating in a sustainable on-call rotation. You will collaborate with teams in San Francisco, Reykjavik, and Warsaw.

You are a strong and experienced software engineer comfortable writing and reading code, not an ops role. You care about reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability. You may have SRE experience or a product engineering background drawn to infra work. You have seen systems at scale, are curious, take initiative, collaborate well, and are eager to learn new technologies including AI tools. You don't need to know the exact stack (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) but are willing to learn.
