Ensure Klaviyo's critical platforms are reliable, scalable, and sustainable while enabling rapid product development. Use software engineering to solve complex systems and operational challenges, building and operating foundational services with SRE best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cloud-native SRE with production-quality code in Python or Go. Skilled in distributed systems, Kubernetes, observability, SRE concepts like SLOs and error budgets, infrastructure as code, capacity planning, post-incident reviews, and AI interest. Nice-to-have: security, AWS, chaos engineering.
