Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Fleet Management

The Fleet Management team within SRE manages the Kubernetes fleet lifecycle and critical components. Responsibilities include developing scalable runtime environments, providing internal support, participating in on-call rotation, and prioritizing systemic fixes. The role involves migrating from Terraform to Operator-driven lifecycle management.

6+ years in software development and distributed systems. Proficient in Go or Python with strong testing practices. Deep Kubernetes experience, Linux internals, networking. Customer-focused mindset, operational ownership, automation bias. Preferred: multi-tenant runtime design, Kubernetes ecosystem tools (Helm, Kustomize, Gatekeeper, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure provisioning (Terraform, Crossplane, ACK).
