Staff Machine Learning Engineer

ServiceNow's Security and Risk Engineering organization is building a new class of exposure analysis that ranks security work by exploitability. As a Staff ML Engineer, you own a major subsystem of this engine end-to-end, such as the probability core, exposure graph, or calibration loop. You drive design, delivery, and quality, and mentor engineers. The role requires hands-on depth in agentic/LLM systems, probabilistic modeling, graph ML, and security analytics.

6+ years of software engineering experience, including leading complex production systems. Deep expertise in predictive modeling, graph ML, security analytics, anomaly detection, risk scoring, LLMs/agentic AI, and MLOps. Proven delivery of ambiguous problems to production. Strong programming in Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript. Technical leadership and mentoring. Interest in security problems like attack-path analysis, vulnerability management. Experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI
