Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer

The Security and Risk Engineering organization builds AI-powered security solutions. This Senior Staff Engineer role owns the architecture of an exploitability engine for exposure analysis, from evidence ingestion to attack-path probability core and validation loop. Responsibilities include leading zero-to-one work, driving technical direction, mentoring, and partnering with product and security teams. The role requires deep experience in probabilistic modeling, graph ML, and LLMs.

10+ years software engineering experience, track record owning architecture across large systems, hands-on depth in agentic/LLM systems and probabilistic/ML-driven scoring, zero-to-one at scale, command of distributed systems, expert-level Python/Java/Go/TypeScript, technical leadership, interest in security problems, experience with AI-assisted tools and AI evaluation/safety preferred.
