AV Engineer, Platform & Automation

Build and own the software layer of Anthropic's collaboration systems, including internal tools and integrations for AV platforms. Develop fleet health monitoring, automated room testing, integrate with Q-SYS, Logitech Sync, Google Meet hardware, and IT systems. Establish engineering practices for source control, code review, testing, CI/CD. Enable non-developers to contribute safely. Partner with Security, IT Engineering, and Network.

10+ years in AV, collaboration, or IT systems engineering, including 4+ years writing production code. Fluent in Python, Lua, Go, TypeScript, or similar. Practice Git-based workflows, code review, automated testing, CI/CD, logging. Understand AV systems: DSP, control, conferencing, AV-over-IP. Built integrations with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs. Owned production tools. Defined engineering practices for teams with non-developers. Strong problem-solving and prioritization.
