Systems Support Engineer (UAT & Development)

The Systems Support Engineer ensures stability, reliability, and production parity of non-production environments. They work with development, QA, release management, and production operations teams to reduce outages, build trusted systems, and support high-quality releases. Responsibilities include implementing monitoring, alerting, incident response for UAT and Development, tracking environment performance, and collaborating across teams.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related STEM field, 2+ years Linux management and troubleshooting, knowledge of network communications including multicast, experience with incident response and root cause analysis, scripting/automation in Python, Bash, Go, Java, or JavaScript, competence in cloud platforms, containerization, monitoring/alerting, distributed messaging (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, RabbitMQ), exposure to AI coding assistants.
