Senior IT Systems Engineer

We are looking for an engineer to identify high-friction operational processes and replace them with API-driven automation. This role focuses on building durable automated systems, working across IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams. The engineer will own initiatives end-to-end from problem discovery through implementation and rollout. This role is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

4-7+ years experience in IT, platform engineering, automation; strong scripting in Python, Go, Node.js, PowerShell; experience with API-driven automation, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform); desire to be part of a mission-driven team. Preferred: hands-on with Okta, SSO, Retool, security automation (Tines), AI/LLMs, compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2).
