Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes) - Federal

The role is within the AI Services Platform Group at ServiceNow, focusing on building cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services. The engineer will collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality engineers to design, implement, test, and deliver high-quality software, while also handling DevOps tasks like Kubernetes deployment and observability.

Expertise in Go or Python, design patterns, time and space-efficient algorithms, and object-oriented coding. Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and unit testing. DevOps requirements include deploying on Kubernetes with Helm, CI/CD pipelines, observability (metrics, logs, tracing), and incident response. Desired but not required: AI coding assistants and debugging.
