Engineering Manager, DevOps - Moveworks

Lead and manage the DevOps/DevSecOps team responsible for building and scaling the AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform. Drive CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, Helm, Argo CD), security integration into SDLC (SAST/DAST/SCA), and project management. Partner with security on vulnerability management, IAM, and secrets management. Set vision and roadmap for DevOps/DevSecOps aligned with company goals.

Hands-on technical leader with 6+ years DevOps/SRE/infrastructure experience and 2+ years managing a team of 6+. Deep experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Buildkite, GitLab CI), Kubernetes, containers, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation), application/cloud security, and project management. Proficiency in Python/Golang/Bash and observability tools. Excellent communication and business value articulation.
