Intermediate AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer

PointClickCare is a health tech company building cloud platforms for safer care. As an Intermediate AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and developer platforms, supporting both application and AI-driven workloads. You own complex systems end-to-end, improve reliability and automation, and partner with software and data teams. The role involves designing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and incident response.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of progressive experience in designing large-scale automated infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, strong cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure), hands-on expertise in cloud-native architectures, IaC, containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Go), monitoring/logging/alerting tools, and exposure to AI/ML workloads.
