About the role

WRITER is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to ensure 24/7 availability, performance, and reliability of its AI platform. The engineer will build resilient systems, automate across the stack, and champion reliability best practices, directly enabling enterprise customers' AI-powered workflows. This hybrid role is based in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, or London.

Requirements

5+ years in infrastructure engineering at a high-growth company. Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Helm), Terraform/Pulumi on AWS, and Python/Go for automation. Must use AI tooling (Claude Code, etc.) daily. Strong cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end ownership skills.
