Principal Engineer – Identity & Golang

Xsolla is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the evolution of their authentication and authorization stack. The role involves architecting a next-generation identity platform, developing high-performance Golang microservices, integrating IAM standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM), and mentoring teams. The position is remote and focuses on identity and Golang backend development.

10+ years in backend/systems engineering with 5+ years in authentication/authorization services. Expert-level Golang skills, experience with identity federation, OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SCIM, security principles, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP. Strong architectural vision and communication skills.
