Tech Lead – MIT Team

We are looking for a MIT (Monetization Integration Team) Tech Lead to drive the technical direction and delivery of monetization-focused integration solutions. This includes leading the development of HTML-based integration flows, UI components, and tools that help partners implement Xsolla’s monetization products quickly and reliably. The role blends hands-on engineering, architectural ownership, and leadership of a team working on integration-level and user-facing experiences.

5+ years software development with strong web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, React/Next.js), API-driven workflows, build systems, Git/CI. Tech Lead experience, cross-functional collaboration, good English. Nice-to-have: integration guides/SDKs, PHP/Go, Scrum/Kanban, performance optimization, monetization/payments/game economics, UX.
