Tech Lead

Xsolla is seeking a Tech Lead to drive the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of fraud prevention and risk systems. The role requires deep fintech and payments experience, strong understanding of Anti-Fraud Systems (AFS), and ability to lead engineers building high-throughput, low-latency, decision-critical systems. The Tech Lead will work with Product, Data Science, Risk Operations, Compliance, and Platform teams to design and evolve fraud detection and prevention at global scale.

8+ years software engineering with significant fintech/payments experience. Proven experience leading Anti-Fraud Systems (rule engines, risk scoring, decision orchestration). Strong backend skills (Java, Kotlin, Go). Experience building high-volume, low-latency distributed systems. Deep understanding of event-driven architecture, APIs, real-time data stores.
