Senior Go/Kubernetes Engineer - Core/Infra - Elasticsearch

Elastic is hiring a Senior Kubernetes/Go Engineer to join the Elasticsearch team, focusing on shared platform functionalities. The role involves designing distributed systems for serverless Elasticsearch, contributing to core infrastructure, owning Kubernetes orchestration, and improving developer productivity. The engineer will work on APIs, automation, and observability, collaborating with the open-source community.

Strong Go skills with concurrency primitives, experience with Kubernetes and containers, API design, algorithms and data structures, leading large projects, using AI for development, collaboration, autonomous work. Preferred: Java, JDK internals, CI/CD, Gradle, OpenTelemetry, platform team experience.
