Security Architect

NetBox Labs is hiring a hands-on Security Architect to build secure platforms for AI adoption, automate security into the SDLC and operations, and run what they build. The role involves building platforms for teams to self-serve automations, embedding with teams, and setting evaluation criteria for agent workflows. Also automates security reviews, vulnerability management, access automation, and AWS guardrails. Reports to Director of Security & IT.

12+ years across security architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT. Experience making architecture decisions at scale, building and running something others depend on, using AI agents as primary engineering tool, shipping LLM/agent systems to production, deep AWS experience, Zero Trust and identity architecture, product security depth, platform thinking, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
