Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 8+ years building software with at least 2 years in technical leadership, strong programming fundamentals, 4+ years on large-scale distributed systems, 4+ years leading cross-team projects. Nice to have: developer platform experience, AI coding tools, Go/Python/TypeScript, track record of making engineers faster.
