Staff or Senior Firmware Engineer

8+ years building firmware for resource-constrained systems; led firmware end-to-end; bare-metal and RTOS experience (Zephyr, FreeRTOS); board bring-up; fluency in low-level interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN); bench debugging skills; senior-level scope; cross-layer judgment; fluency in C; strong documentation; able to ship fast with quality; uses AI as part of workflow.
