Senior Staff Software Engineer - Platform Access Control - Security

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will set technical vision for the authorization platform, work on core authorization frameworks, own features from design to delivery, lead design and code reviews, implement software, define test strategies, diagnose production issues, and mentor engineers.

12+ years of software development experience with Bachelor's, or 8+ with Master's, or 5+ with PhD. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OOD, design patterns, performance optimization. Expert in Java and Golang. Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, TestNG) and CI/CD. Deep understanding of software quality principles. Experience integrating AI into engineering work. Nice-to-have: ServiceNow experience, authorization frameworks, Kubernetes.
