Requirements
4+ years professional experience building scalable distributed backend applications. Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, C++, or C# .NET. AI fluency: actively uses AI tools, understands LLM capabilities. Knowledge of REST APIs, design patterns, containerized systems, microservices. Experience mentoring or leading technical work. Familiarity with policy/identity frameworks like OPA, Topaz, SPIFFE/SPIRE. Experience with PKI and PAM. Familiarity with access control models (RBAC, ABAC, Risk-Based).
