Senior Enterprise Security Engineer

Abridge is seeking a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer to join their security team. The role involves implementing and operating enterprise security controls for identities, endpoints, SaaS applications, and corporate infrastructure. Responsibilities include IAM, endpoint security, SaaS security, automation, corporate network security, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a greenfield opportunity to architect enterprise security at a leading AI healthcare company.

7+ years in enterprise security, identity security, or adjacent domains. Strong hands-on expertise in IAM (SSO, OAuth, SCIM), endpoint security (EDR, MDM), cloud/SaaS security (GCP/AWS), scripting (Python/Go), and cross-functional communication. Preferred: experience in regulated industries (HIPAA, SOC2), building security from 0→1, and applying GenAI to security operations.
