Engineering Manager, Enterprise Security

Engineering Manager for Enterprise Security at Roblox, leading the team responsible for endpoint security, network security, supply chain security, and AI security. The role involves hands-on design and implementation, building and leading a team of security software engineers, and partnering across the company to balance innovation with security risk management. Based in San Mateo with hybrid schedule.

8+ years combining software engineering and security, including 2+ years managing engineers. Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust. Strong background in endpoint security, network security, enterprise application security, and identity and access management. Understanding of identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM), security system design, Zero Trust architecture. Bonus: policy-as-code, FIDO2, EDR, network segmentation, securing SaaS and internal applications.
