Staff Software Engineer, IAM

CoreWeave seeks a Staff Software Engineer for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team to architect and implement IAM strategy, design high-throughput distributed systems for authentication/authorization, lead platform evolution with IdP integration and permissioning models, and drive engineering excellence and operational maturity. This role requires deep IAM domain expertise and technical leadership.

8+ years building large-scale distributed systems with Go, TypeScript, or React; 5+ years IAM expertise (OIDC, OAuth2.0, SAML, JWT); proven technical leadership on cross-functional projects; deep Kubernetes and microservices knowledge; enterprise security compliance (SOC2, HIPAA); strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: monolithic-to-microservices transformation, AI-augmented development, AI/ML workloads, policy-as-code (OPA/Cedar).
