Staff Software Engineer, IAM

CoreWeave, the Essential Cloud for AI, is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for the Identity & Access Management team. This role involves defining IAM strategy, designing high-throughput authentication/authorization systems, architecting identity lifecycle management, and mentoring senior engineers. You will work with Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, and modern IAM standards.

8+ years building distributed systems with Go/TypeScript/React; 5+ years IAM expertise including OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, JWT; technical leadership on large-scale projects; mastery of Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD; enterprise security knowledge (SOC2, HIPAA); strong communication and problem-solving. Preferred: experience with monolithic-to-microservices decomposition, AI development tools, MLOps security, and policy-as-code (OPA/Cedar).
