Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Growth

The Growth org aims to help Algolia grow by working on changes in the product, introducing new features, and providing the best possible user experience. You will shape the user experience of customers starting with Algolia, help create a new Growth platform, mentor software engineers, and introduce best practices. Responsibilities include coming up with innovative solutions, executing experiments and A/B tests, collaborating with Product and Design teams, mentoring engineers, designing a growth

Passion for delivering the best UX to diverse users across industries. Data-driven decision-making mindset. Experience with event-driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS. Experience with a server-side typed or untyped language (Ruby used, Golang planned). Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS. Fullstack role, able to ship across the stack. Nice to have: experience in a scale-up or Growth team, analytics platforms like Amplitude, Hex.
