Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Search

Algolia is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Search team, responsible for the cloud-based scalable architecture for NeuralSearch, an AI search engine incorporating keyword and vector search. The role involves designing and developing search and indexing systems, participating in on-call rotations, and working with a remote team. The ideal candidate has experience with distributed systems, large datasets, high traffic, and Kubernetes.

Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production, working with large datasets and high traffic, high code quality and automated testing, excellent English skills, experience at high-growth stage ($50-200M ARR), and Kubernetes. Nice to have: experience in Go.
