Software Engineer, User Profile

StackAdapt is seeking a Software Engineer for the User Profile team to build and scale systems for user identity, audience segmentation, and profile data. The role involves developing high-throughput distributed microservices in Go, working with Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, ScyllaDB, TiDB, and collaborating across teams. This is a remote-first position open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

2+ years of Backend Software Engineering experience; strong problem-solving in data structures and algorithms; experience with relational and distributed databases; experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems; proficiency in Go, Java, Python, C++, or similar; passion for building reliable, high-performance systems at scale.
