Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

Catapult is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Golang experience to join their Boston team. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable services for a cloud platform used by top sports organizations. Responsibilities include working with distributed systems, AWS, APIs, and data to provide insights on athlete performance. The engineer will take ownership across the development lifecycle and contribute to architecture and engineering best practices.

Essential: Strong Golang experience, 5+ years delivering scalable services, cloud/distributed systems (AWS), containerization, CI/CD, REST/GraphQL/gRPC, databases (Postgres/MongoDB), software engineering fundamentals. Nice-to-have: high-volume data platforms, event-driven architectures, auth systems, edge computing, video/telemetry data, SaaS experience, interest in sports.
