The role involves working on foundational problems across infrastructure, data platforms, and integrations to support both workforce management and AI agents.
Requirements
5+ years of engineering experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure. Excitement for foundational problems across infra, data, integrations. Thrives in ambiguous environments. Cares about reliability, maintainability, performance. Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Postgres, Snowflake, Redis, Go, and Python.
